My son's teen book publishing company, Sigma's Bookshelf, for which I serve as the editor, recently released its 21st teen authored book. "High Tide" is the story of a young girl who goes on a coming-of-age journey during which she has to face and overcome many obstacles.
The theme of the book has a lot of parallels to the author's publishing journey. When Sanya Pirani first submitted her story at the age of 11, it was nowhere near being ready to published. She spent the next five years reworking the story and is now a published author,
